• Gender as shown on the travel document
• Known Traveler Number (TSA PreCheck / Global Entry) and redress number

This information is used only to issue airline tickets, meet airline, TSA Secure Flight and border-control (APIS) requirements, and service your bookings, including changes, reissues and name corrections.

Passport numbers are stored with strong AES-256 encryption. Only authorized GoGo Travel Group staff can view them, and each view is recorded in an access log. Customers see only the last four digits in their account.

Travel documents are kept on file so repeat clients do not need to provide them again. You may ask us at any time to update or permanently delete your travel document details, and we will do so promptly, unless we must keep certain records to meet a legal or supplier obligation.

Card payments are processed securely by Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment provider. GoGo Travel Group never receives or stores full card numbers or security codes.
